Under the Kostistlac moniker, the Slovakian based anonymous producer manages to craft zeitgeist-informed sound while bringing back the best elements of 90's Tresor-weight techno without ever sounding archaic. Carefully crafted yet straight pounding machinedrum patterns cycle around near-metalic high-hats occasionally opening its doors to eerie sonic artefacts and micro glitches paned as if going straight through ones neuro-systems.
Techno is a form of electronic dance music that emerged in Detroit. Techno artist are using sequencers, synths, drum machines, sfx units, samplers and midi controllers to create unique rhythmic patterns alternating with bridges, atmospheric pasages and melodic and rhythmic build-ups.
